RCOMSResidential & Commercial Wiring
Commercial

Wiring for buildings that have to keep running.

Shops, warehouses, offices, restaurants, and the outbuildings that go with them. We take on the electrical work that a business cannot afford to get wrong — switchgear and panelboards, conduit and raceway, lighting, and the distribution that feeds the equipment.

What we take on in a building

Switchgear and panelboard work

Panelboard and switchgear installation, replacement and rework, including feeder terminations, labeling, and the coordination that goes with a planned shutdown.

Conduit and raceway installation

Rigid, IMC and EMT conduit bent and racked through ceilings, mechanical rooms and exterior runs, with cable tray, wireway and the supports that hold them.

Lighting and high-bay circuits

Interior and exterior lighting, high-bay and shop lighting, wall packs and parking lot lighting, with the switching, controls and circuits that feed them.

Service, meter and distribution work

Service entrances, meter work, distribution feeders and subpanels for commercial buildings and outbuildings, sized and terminated to suit the load.

New circuits and equipment feeds

Circuits run for new equipment, machinery, HVAC, compressors and shop tools, including the disconnects and motor controls that go with them.

Troubleshooting and repairs

Faults found and repaired on existing systems — tripping feeders, failed equipment, damaged conduit and the wiring left behind by earlier work.
