Wiring for the place you live.

Most of the electrical work in a home is invisible until something goes wrong. We take on the jobs that fix that: services and panels brought up to date, new circuits run for how you actually use the house, and the faults that have been tripping a breaker for months.

What we take on in a home

Panels and service upgrades

Outdated fuse boxes, overloaded panels and undersized services replaced with modern load centers, breakers and grounding. We label the panel before we leave so the circuits are readable.

Rough-in wiring for new builds and additions

Full rough-in for new construction, additions, garages and shops — boxes set, cable run and stapled, and circuits laid out around how the space will actually be used.

Rewiring older homes

Knob-and-tube and aging wiring replaced circuit by circuit, with the walls opened as little as the job allows and the new work brought up to current code.

Outlets, switches and dedicated circuits

Added receptacles, exterior and workshop outlets, dedicated circuits for appliances, and switch and dimmer replacements in finished walls.

Lighting

Interior and exterior lighting, recessed and under-cabinet fixtures, ceiling fans, and the switching and dimming to go with them.

Troubleshooting and repairs

Breakers that keep tripping, dead outlets, flickering or dimming lights, and wiring left behind by someone else. We test the circuit and find the actual fault rather than guessing at it.

Residential

Small jobs welcome

A house does not have to need a new panel for us to come out. We take on the small residential jobs too, and nothing is too small to call about.

If it is one thing on your list that has been waiting, that is a job worth doing.

For example

  • Four lights installed in a living room
  • A ceiling fan installed
  • An outlet or switch added

Something else on the list? Tick it on the request form and pick a day for a technician to come look at it.
